Terms and Conditions
Session bookings are valuable time and I have to take last minute cancellations and changes seriously. Both because of what message it sends to your subconscious mind about your own value and because its stops others from getting the help they need.
Bookings
- All session bookings are not confirmed until paid in full or as agreed at the time of booking.
- On very rare occasions the online booking system can duplicate a session booking and I reserve the right to change your session booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be subject to the following rebooking fee policy. Where possible I will be flexible to allow for unforeseen circumstances but reserve the option to charge the fee below.
- Less than 24 hours before the session = £45 rebooking fee
- More than 24 hours before the session = £0 rebooking fee
Refunds
All session bookings are paid for in advance. Cancellations with refund request will be calculated based on the following refund policy. Where possible I will be flexible to allow for unforeseen circumstances but reserve the option to charge the fee below.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session = 0% refund
- Cancellation between 24 hours and 3 days before the session = 25% refund
- Cancellation between 3 days and 7 days before the session = 50% refund
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the session = 90% refund (to cover processing costs)
Cancellation of a package where some sessions have been taken will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the sessions not taken.
Where possible I will always negotiate a satisfactory outcome and would rather invest more of my time to bring about successful outcome for my client. I would always encourage my client to complete the course of sessions that have been put together for the best outcome. Steve Woods – Hypnotist
