This workshop is aimed more towards Golf Coaches and as well as helping your own game you will be able to take away techniques to use with your own clients.
In this small, practical and interactive workshop today you will learn both about the physical and the mental side of golf and leave the session with practical skills and mindset changes that will take your game to the next level. These are techniques you can use with your clients.
Is your body holding you back from playing your best golf?
Joe will take you through some tests of physical competence for you to learn more about yourself. He will then take you through the effect these restrictions will have on your game.
Importantly, he will then give you tips and ideas on how to remove these restrictions and unlock your true physical potential.
Again, these techniques are suitable for you to use with your own clients.
After a short break, we will then be working on your mindset and Steve will be running a group Hypnosis session.
Starting with an explanation about how Hypnosis works in general and more specifically how and why it helps in golf we will then move on to an eyes-closed process of focus and clarity around your game.
Remaining aware at all times but very focused on your success, your subconscious mind will release the inner creative you and your mindset blocks to create new habits and behaviours based on you playing at your best.
Whilst not specific techniques you can use with your own clients without further training, this part of the workshop will help your own golf mindset and give you a better understanding of your clients mindset blocks.
No matter what level of golfer you are these skills and techniques will have a positive impact on your performance the next time you play and into the future.
The Hypnosis section of the workshop will require you to be sitting with eyes closed so please only join if you are able to. You will always be aware of your surroundings should anything need your attention.
